Today, new methods have been created to optimize processes inside and outside the organization, among which we can mention the BPMN2 modeling language, which can simulate them based on the time and costs of each one and the most optimal arrangement for the organization’s processes or obtain a unit, among which we can mention the optimization of processes and the measurement of work and time using the latest available methods, including BPMN2 and related charts and methods. In this regard, I have invented a unique method that leads to optimizing the organizational structure and the relationships between them, as well as organizational responsibilities and duties.

On the other hand, the existence of a lot of data in the organization gives us the ability to use the new methods of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning in different departments of organizations and manufacturing companies to create tremendous changes, which can lead to changes in various departments of the company, from marketing to Includes after-sales service.

Using simulation methods, any production, service, or creation operation can be modeled in terms of actual conditions so that the time cost or process of each part of the operation can be optimized. These methods can effectively maximize the flow of materials, storage and production systems, or even service institutions. Its use in simulating processes and production lines and service organizations, internal and external processes of organizations, supply chains, hospitals, warehouses, and optimizing the problems of organizations and factories despite the limitations and natural conditions can be mentioned.

One important aspect of project management is the correct formulation of claims and control of risks, which can play a very effective role in reducing project implementation time and cost. This collection has enough experience in these areas.
